put your lineart on a separate layer
and make a new layer for your color
now put the new layer under your lineart layer
and set your lineart to multiply
and start colroing on your color layer
when your done just combine them
if you have problems figuring this out I can send you turtorial links and stuff like that...

there are many ways to handle lineart/coloring/ect. on photoshop
and there are tutorials all over deviantart and the web, so if you need anymore help just find more tutorials
